In today’s fast paced and often stressful world, children face numerous challenges that can impact their mental well being. Little Lotus is dedicated to addressing this issue by providing comprehensive support that combines mindfulness practice with coping tools and confidence building exercises. 

We are currently running  sessions on a both one to one basis as well as groups depending on each individual child’s needs. We believe that children thrive when they are together, in supportive environments. This is why, we are expanding our group sessions in to 7-10 year old and 11-15 year olds.  We have however, successfully guided young people from 11 plus examinations through to graduating university and beyond. 

All group and one to one session will be taking place in the beautiful settings of  Yogaloft, W10.
